SHIPPING INFORMATION

In general, items are shipped within 2 business days of an order being placed. This can vary depending on the time of year, current promotions, pre-orders and general volume of orders incoming.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Victoria. Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, domestic Australian orders take 1-5 business days to arrive with the customer, and international orders can take up to two weeks. We can not be held liable for delays caused by public holidays, extreme weather, or postal service negligence.

Undeliverable packages are usually returned to sender by most economical means possible, at which point we will contact you to arrange re-shipment of your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.


RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, and items that specifically state in the product description, are exempt from being returned.

Refunds are only issued if an item is received not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

We do our best to package items in such a way that they are not damaged by transit through the postal system. We are not obligated to refund or replace missing or damaged items due to postal service negligence.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) - please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error, while supplies last. We are always happy to exchange an item for a different size, provided we have your requested size in stock and the original item is in unused/unwashed condition and/or still in its original packaging.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can check stock levels.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and in certain cases additional shipping charges may apply. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the eligibility of your exchange or refund. 

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
